Need for activities such bar, small convenience store, better restaurant menu. More options to do activities in the hotel. The hotel was clean, beautiful the people amazing my room was amazing TV bathroom, living room, kitchenette breakfast nook.

Amazing staff but the property is run down.

The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.

Great architecture, drinks and pool. My little ones loved it. The only drawback was they charged us for water at the restaurants which should be free. And it was expensive at their store

This hotel was built in 2019 so features and property are still in tip top shape. There are several pools that can get crowded by 10 am (people claim their spots by 9am). Bring your pool gear before heading to breakfast and you’re good. The pools can get a bit icky and warm by noon on hot and humid days so enjoy the pools before noon. The restaurants are solid, but nothing too fancy. We enjoyed Bocados, the steak house, the most.
